Meghan is the founder and principal of Sound Impact Consulting. With over 10 years of experience, she excels at deriving valuable insights from organizational programming, creating transformative strategies for substantial investments, and driving impactful change. Meghan has conducted evaluations and learning reviews for 11+ programs, drawing insights to guide programming and continuous improvement. Her strategic planning expertise has guided 25+ cross-functional teams, resulting in well-aligned programs and effective progress tracking systems.
Her portfolio includes retrospective, prospective, and developmental evaluations, strategy development, and measurement system development to promote inclusive sustainable development. Meghan has led evaluations across various sectors such as health, agriculture, conservation, financial services, and emergency response. She holds a Masters of Global Environment, Politics, and Society from the University of Edinburgh.
